Ess-a-Bagel
INGREDIENTS: WATER, HI-GLUTEN FLOUR, YEAST, SALT, MALT SYRUP, CINNAMON, RAISINS
Keep Frozen
DEFROSTING:
- Remove from freezer and place on sheet pan lined with a pan liner.
- Defrost for a minimun of 2 hours at room temperature OR overnight in the refrigerator.
- Allow bagels to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
BAKING:
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Place defrosted bagel on a sheet pan with a pan liner and place in pre-heated oven.
- Cook for 4 minutes and rotate pan, then cook for an additional 5 minutes. If you are not using the bagels immediately, bagels are now finished baking. If using immediately, rotate pan again and cook for 1 additional minute. Allow bagel to rest for 2-4 minutes, then enjoy!
Shelf Life:
- Defrosting at room temperature = use same day
- Defrosted in refrigerator = 3 days
- Frozen = up to (6) months
