  • Ingredients: Grade A milk, cream, sugar, non-fat milk, egg yolks, guar gum, gellan gum, natural flavor, annatto and turmeric extracts (color), nutmeg

Eggnog Bread

-2 TNH eggs
-1 1/2 cups TNH eggnog
-1 tsp rum extract
-1 cup white sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 cup TNH butter at room temperature
-2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
-3.4 oz White Chocolate pudding mix
-2 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

For the glaze:
-1 cup confectioners sugar
-2 tbsp TNH eggnog
-1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

First, you'll start by using the paddle attachment in your mixer and mix your eggs, eggnog, rum, sugar, vanilla and butter. In a separate bowl, sift your flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Next, add these dry ingredients to your mixer and blend together. (It's okay if the butter is clumpy) Now, pour the blended mixture into greased pan(s) and bake at 350. A regular loaf should bake for about 40-55 minutes. Once the bread is cooked, whisk together the glaze ingredients and pour over your cooled eggnog bread!
