We've paired this version with a mélange of garbanzo beans, carrots and mushrooms that makes this dish very versatile. Just heat and eat as is or toss the mélange with lettuce and top with the salmon cake for a creative salad. 

Loaded with heart-healthy omega-3 fats, this vitamin D-rich salmon meal also boasts immunity-boosting portabella mushrooms, as well as fiber-packed and gut-friendly garbanzo beans and lentils.
