Our vegan chili is made from scratch, using a blend of button, shitake and cremini mushrooms to give the deep tomato broth a true meaty texture and rich taste. Tomatoes and onion, paired with pinto, black and kidney beans, lend more hearty texture. But it’s our blend of 4 dried chili varieties, beer and dark chocolate that lends complex flavor, subtle spice (and some serious "wow" factor) to this recipe. Garnish it with our avocados, cilantro and green onions or serve it solo.
